====== Migration form CakePHP v2 to CakePHPv3 Phase2 ======
  * We started with the initial migration from CakePHP v2 to CakePHP v3 in December 2016.
  * The following Controllers were migrated:

  * This will cover all RADIUS users.
  * Once this is migrated the next phase will be to migrate the controllers that is related to these controllers
