In RADIUSdesk the easiest way to create a new Voucher is by generating a Single Field Voucher. This type of Voucher has a name that is also the password of the Voucher. It is generated by RADIUSdesk by adding two words, making it easy to remember. Here is a sample of Single Field Vouchers:
Alternatively you can generate Vouchers with a username you define. RADIUSdesk then generates the password. This is called Username and Password Vouchers. Here is a sample of Username and Password Vouchers:

Another field, Batch Name appears.
* Fill the number of Vouchers you want into the How many? field.
According to the screen shots, RADIUSdesk would now have created a batch of 100 Vouchers with names UP-000001 to UP-000100 with random 5digit passwords like “fZ4Pg” and “k2FnP”.
When handing out 1Hour or 1Day Vouchers it is best if the Voucher only activates when the customer logs in for the first time. This way you can print out a Voucher batch and distribute it over a week or so. The time limit of the Voucher will only start counting down upon first login.
