====== Root and admins  ======

  * RADIUSdesk has a root user similar to Linux.
  * This root user has full rights to all elements in RADIUSdesk.
  * There are also admins.
  * Admins can be the owner of zero or more clouds.
  * Admins can also be assigned the right to manage clouds that they do not own.

===== Root user =====
  * The root user can create admins and also assign these admins to selected Clouds.
  * If you are logged in as the root user, you will find an **Admins** applet under **Other**.

  * Admin users do not have access to the **Admins** applet.
  * They can only select from the list of available Admins in the **Clouds** applet under **Other**
