WiFi Client

MESHdesk and APdesk allows a device to get its network connection using WiFi.

You will first have to connect the device to the network using its Ethernet cable and the WAN port for it to get the initial configuration from the controller (once off action)

There will be a visual indication on the device listing if it has a WiFi client configured.

Just like with the Ethernet connection, there are a couple of options to connect.

WiFi with static IP-Address support

WiFi with PPPoE support

When you view the device, it will also report on its signal strength.
